Please remember to bring your pesticide applicator license number and your SAF or CF number to apply for credits. If you forgot your license number, you may use the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Check the OISC applicator site to confirm your CCH credits. It may take a few weeks to post on your records, and recognize that when your 5-year recertification occurs, your credit balance will return to zero. Questions about your credit balance and certification should be addressed to the OISC at https://inplants.oisc.purdue.edu/USAPlantsIN/NotAuthorized.aspx. If you signed the workshop form at the end of the program, I can provide you with proof of attendance for this program if needed.
