Where
This program will be held in the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Complex, 1900 E Main St., Danville, IN in the North and South Halls.
Education Credits
This program has been approved for 5 CFE credits in category 1 by the Society of American Foresters and 5 CCH credits in category 2, 3A, 6 and 4 CCH for RT from the Office of the Indiana State Chemist. We are currently arranging for access to additional online program CCH credits- more information will be provided as schedules are confirmed.
Cost
The registration fee is $50.00 for SAF members or $65 for non-members and includes meeting materials, sancks and drinks during registration and at break. Lunch is on your own. There are several fast-food and sit-down restuarants near the complex and in Downtown Danville. Additional restuarants are available east of Danville on US-36.
Registration
Please register by November 24. There are two ways to register. You can register online with your credit/debit card at the bottom of this page. Registering online is fast and easy and you will receive a receipt via email in less than five minutes. If you choose not to register online, you can fill out the following form and send a check made payable to ISAF to ISAF, c/o Josh Wagner, 8301 E. Please remember to bring your pesticide applicator license number and your SAF or CF number to apply for credits. If you forgot your license number, you may use the last 4 digits of your social security number. You must legibly complete all information requested on the CCH form to receive credit. You may check the OISC applicator site to confirm your CCH numbers: http:///www.inplants.oisc.purdue.edu/USAPlantsIN/SecurityLogin.aspx You Must attend the entire program to receive full credit. If you arrive late or must leave early please see Lenny Farlee to sign for partial credits. Parking is available at the Conference Complex.
